While we do offer our clients the three methods of building, we specialize in the Design-Build project and even helped to pioneer it for the industry. The Design-Build method was an accepted practice for most of the industry's leading companies by the 1980s. That was two decades too late for us. By the mid 1960s, in fact, we had already finished major Design-Build projects for The Wall Street Journal and Piggly Wiggly Supermarkets. We even went on to become one of the seven founding members of the Design-Build Institute of America.
