It takes hundreds of people working as one to bring a project to a successful completion. Because of this, we have to make sure all of the pieces of the machine are working together and running smoothly. So we've developed a management process we call "Integrated Services."

The first and most important aspect of this is to create a team of core players. Everyone involved in the project - from owners and architects to project managers and superintendents – work together in all phases of the design and building process to create a smooth and seamless delivery.

From our end, each project receives a total commitment to the owners' needs – all the way through the post-construction phase. Here, communication is the key element. A continuous sharing of information not only generates useful ideas, it's vital to keeping the project running on time and within budget.

During the building process, complications and difficulties sometimes arise. That is why we've installed the time-tested and standardized project management systems. They include project scheduling, purchasing, working estimates and forecasting programs. They also include submittal and document control. Additionally, reporting systems and project controls are fully computerized and automated.

Four decades of building have taught us that costly delays are more often the result of faulty procedures and the lack of thorough checks and balances. Even great passion doesn't overcome these problems. However, working smart does.
