Design-Build |
Design-Build is a method of building in which both the design and construction are contracted and controlled from one source – the design-builder. This method allows for more organization because there's one point of accountability. Because of this, the client has more say in the project. This method also saves time and money because the project is more structured. In fact, the Design-Build method is proving to be one of the most effective ways in the entire industry to build. We also have the resources to absorb 100% of the risk with any type and size of job. You won't be left holding anything except a pair of scissors for your ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Construction Managment |
This is a project delivery system that uses a construction manager to facilitate the design and construction of a project by organizing people, materials, and equipment. This role plays into a big strength of The Korte Company. We always place a great emphasis on developing a cohesive team that can work together to produce the best project. And we have the systems in place to keep things running smoothly, on time and within budget. Everyone on your construction management team also has years of valuable experience in practically every type of building project. When problems do come up, experience helps us solve problems better and even anticipate them. Our clients spend less nights thinking and planning at two in the morning because they know we've spent years thinking and planning.

There's nothing general about our general contracting. After all, many of the same exceptional services that we offer in our construction management role apply when you use us as a general contractor.
