15,000 Square Feet of Tenant Improvement Projects for Cox Communications Nears Completion 4/19/2010

The Korte Company– a construction company specializing in design-build, construction management and construction services – will soon complete a 10,000 square foot office and conference room reconfiguration for Cox Communications' Trade Drive Warehouse. This project marks the third tenant improvement project for Cox Communications with total project costs in excess of $850,000.

The Korte Company to Complete Another Design-Build Medical Project at the Las Vegas Specialty Surgery Center 4/13/2010

The Korte Company will soon complete a 6,640 square foot tenant improvement project for The Las Vegas Specialty Surgery Center located at 1569 East Flamingo in Las Vegas, Nevada. TKC Design P.C. was the Design-Build architect and provided architectural design services for the project.

The improvement includes Operating Rooms as well as Pre-op and Post-op stations. Additional support facilities include: utility rooms, anesthesia work room, sterile work room, sterile storage room, washrooms and showers.

The Korte Company is Awarded Nevada Cancer Institute Design-Build Project 4/2/2010

The Korte Company – a construction company specializing in design-build, construction management and construction services – was recently awarded the NVCI at UMC (University Medical Center) Design-Build project through a competitive bid solicitation. TKC Design P.C. will provide architectural design services for the project, which includes 2,500 square feet of new construction and will incorporate a linear accelerator and a CT Scan Room.
