The Korte Company Begins work on EVAPS Law Office Building 12/15/2011

The Korte Company has recently begun work at the site of the EVAPS Law Office Building in Las Vegas, Nevada. This project entails the construction of 128,000 square foot facility. The three-story office building is built above four levels of on-site parking with a 161-vehicle capacity.

Medical Facility Project at White Sands Missile Range, NM to begin Construction 9/27/2011

Charpie-Korte Design-Build J.V.S.B. LLC begins construction at White Sands Missile Range with room to grow. Given the available site, the team has planned this project for the requested full 20% future growth from both wings. This would result in a total potential available growth allowable of 40% without the requirement to harden or change the parking or infrastructure. Now that's Building Smart.

The Korte Company to begin its third project at Tinker Air Force Base 9/26/2011

The Korte Company was awarded its third project at Tinker Air Force Base. The $12.7 million Utility Penthouse is part of an infrastructure upgrade which will enable the facility to expand its utility systems within the structure. When complete, the upgrade will allow for energy savings shown to be a minimum of 30% greater than ASHRAE 90.1.
