Affinity Gaming Tenant Improvement

When American Nevada Company needed a general contractor to assist them with a new fast-track corporate headquarters for their client, Affinity Gaming, they didn’t have to look any farther than longtime partner, The Korte Company. As an operator of gaming operations in three states and with plans for expansion into new markets, Affinity Gaming needed to relocate into a larger facility and needed to do it quickly without sacrificing quality of service to its existing operations. With preliminary architectural plans already in place and MEP subcontractors diligently working to design-build the environmental systems, The Korte Company went to work on the 19,142 square foot facility with no more than eight weeks to complete the project. We began demolition of the existing tenant improvement the beginning of March and had to be ready for an April 26th move-in date. As is usually the case with Korte, the team came together to meet the client’s expectations and got them in on their required move-in date within budget and with a minimal punch list. While we love the large projects, we once again proved that, big or small, fast or faster, The Korte Company is the contractor of choice.
