Armed Forces Reserve Center - Norman

This project includes design and construction of the 204,133-square-foot Armed Forces Reserve Center, and the 30,287-square-foot Field Maintenance Shop. The Armed Forces Reserve Center has private and open office areas with movable partitions, a large kitchen, an assembly hall, a weapons simulator room, a fitness center, a locker room, an armored vault and storage areas placed strategically throughout the facility. The Field Maintenance Shop will have a classroom, a library, IT spaces, break areas, a locker room, work bays, a battery room, space for flammable storage, a bulky equipment storage section, and controlled waste handling areas.

We also built a secure parking area for military and privately owned vehicles. This project achieved US Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED Gold Certification and meets Anti-terrorism and Force Protection standards as well.

We're honored to deliver world-class housing facilities for the Department of Defense as well as for commercial developers. Learn more about housing construction at The Korte Company.
