The District Office & Retail Shops

The “District” Metropolitan lifestyle center encompasses onsite and offsite development for this multi-use facility and contains office, retail and dining in one complex. Korte constructed four buildings in The District; two three-story and two single story. Each of the three-story structures includes two floors of office space above a single floor of retail. The architectural style creates the illusion of several mid-rise condominium buildings. Tree-lined sidewalks with a "main street" theme and a central park area serves as an outdoor community entertainment center, making it the heartbeat of Henderson.
