Fort Campbell Troop Medical/Dental Clinic

This design-build project consists of a single-story Medical/Dental Clinic. The two separate clinics are located around a central lobby space with the ancillary services surrounding the Primary Care Clinic.

The Dental Clinic has been positioned on the south side of the lobby space. The Pharmacy opens to the central lobby, and it has 3 dispensing windows. The Optometry clinic is located down the Ancillary Clinic corridor and includes a small dedicated sub waiting area for patients.

The Primary Care Clinic has an exam zone and a “quiet” zone for both provider administration space and the Mental Health Clinic. At the back of the exam zone, there is an ambulance service loading zone through the rear of the building and away from the public areas. On the south side of the “quiet” zone is the Mental Health Clinic which has been segregated from the treatment zone to offer more patient privacy. A sub reception and waiting area is located at the head of the clinic allowing the queuing of patients. The Psychologist offices have been located on the exterior wall and designed with windows to allow natural light into the space.

The facility has a standing seam metal roof, full brick façade with masonry accents and a drop off area at main entrance. This project will meet AT/FP requirements and LEED Silver certification from USGBC.
