ftp FAQ

Q: I cannot login to the ftp site

Check your Username and password. Verify that capslock is off.
Make sure you have your browser or ftp client configured correctly. Check with your system administrator.
Try using an alternate browser or ftp client.
Make sure your corporate firewall allows for FTP access. Check with your system administrator.
Try using the in-line link method (read our learn more page).

Q: I cannot upload files to the FTP site

Korte only provides upload access via FTP to it's design partners. Subcontractors do not have permission to upload documents.
If you are a design partner that has been given access and are still unable to upload email us.

Q: I have downloaded files from the FTP site and cannot open them

You may be missing the appropriate software to view the documents. Please click here to visit our downloads page.

Q: When I click on the ftp link it automatically logs in, but i don't see my files?

Most likely your password has been saved, this can cause problems with ftp. To fix this, click on the file menu and choose login as, uncheck save password and log in automatically.

Q: How do I change my password?
