CB Richard Ellis Tenant Improvement

The CBRE Tenant Improvement for Las Vegas consists of a remodel of the existing CBRE space. The employees were moved to a temporary location for a period of 3 months for ease of construction. From programming, the space was designed with sustainability and LEED Certification in mind.

The overall space is designed for an open office in order to eliminate the once "compartmental" layout that existed. With the updated layout and the overall use of the open windows with natural light, the anticipated result is to increase collaboration and productivity in the office.
