EVAPS Law Office Building

This project entails the construction of 128,000 square foot facility. The three-story office building is built above four levels of on-site parking with a 161-vehicle capacity.

Approximately 55,000 square feet of office space is housed in the upper levels of the building. The structure, a Federal Period influenced design, was envisioned by Design Cell Architecture and features an exterior cladding of veneered brick and Gypsum reinforced concrete work.

When completed in 2013, major tenants will include Mainor Eglet Trial Attorneys and Vannah & Vannah Attorneys at Law.
