The Korte Company was selected as the design-build contractor for the USPS Mail Processing Facility in Miami, Florida.
The new 480,000 square foot facility is one-story, tilt-up concrete construction and consists of a large mail processing workroom and loading dock platform with multiple dock positions. Additionally, the facility includes support and administrative areas. The site consists of a combination of asphalt drives and parking for truck traffic as well as parking lots for employees.
