Company Operations Facility - Fort Carson, CO

This project consists of the design and construction of a new 62,984 SF Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) barracks building, a new 37,821 SF Company Operations Facility (COF) building and supporting facilities.

The Korte Team designed and constructed both facilities to meet Sustainable LEED standards and Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection (AT/FP), as required by Department of Army guidelines. The UEPH will house 168 E1 to E4 enlisted personnel in two-bedroom modules with shared bathroom, kitchen/dining area in each module.

The COF will house two (2) 200-person companies. Each company will have administration offices, readiness module with TA-50 “Go” lockers, shower/latrine, and covered hardstand. Site features include a concrete service yard, asphalt parking lot, sidewalks, landscaping/irrigation, and site utilities.
