Consolidated Troop Medical Clinic - Fort Leonard Wood, MO

The Consolidated Troop Medical Clinic at Fort Leonard Wood is a 10,229 square foot addition to an existing medical facility at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The Design Build project also includes a 3,100 square foot remodel of the interior space upon completion.

The exterior of the addition utilizes the same architectural style and scale; comprised of brick masonry with glass block, EIFS, dark bronze storefront materials; as the existing building in order to produce a unified facility when completed. Clerestory architectural elements add character to the exterior while also providing daylighting to enhance the quality of the interior environment.

Centralized corridors connect to the corridors of the existing facility to provide convenient access to the exam rooms of the addition area. The renovated Physical Therapy area within the existing building and the addition area utilize durable interior finishes which were selected to withstand the high volume of users this facility will receive while creating a fresh, inviting environment in which to receive medical treatment.

When complete, the facility is expected to obtain a Silver LEED Certification through the USGBC.
