Nevada Cancer Institute Support Center

This design-build project is a 3-story office building with a 5 level, 525 car capacity parking garage.

The exterior is energy efficient glass and precast concrete with stone accent fin walls clad in Italian Rojo Alicante stone. The Building will hold primarily NVCI staff. The second and third floor tenant improvements will be built out initially. A Conference Center and catering kitchen will be provided for educational and training use. A Healing Garden with extensive landscaping and water feature will be provided for patient use. The project obtained LEED Silver Certification under version 2.2 in accordance with U.S. Green Building Council standards.
