The Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) and Soldier Family Care Clinic (SFCC) projects include an addition to the SFCC and a new BHC, both located at Fort Carson, Colorado.

The $17.6 million contract includes the design and construction for both buildings. The Soldier Family Care Clinic will house purely administrative functions in support of the Evans Army Community Hospital and Clinics (EACH). The SFCC Addition will house the Hospital Executive Branch and Command Group, Operations/Security, Education/Training and the Human Resources, Resource Management and Quality Support Divisions. The new Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) will total 26,298 feet when completed. The BHC will provide support Active Duty (AD) service members with behavioral health and psychology services.
