Fort Campbell Guest House - Turner House

The U.S. Army held a design-build competition to select a contractor that would provide the “Best Value” for construction of Fort Campbell’s new guest house.

Korte was awarded the contract based on the building design, management capabilities, overall schedule and price. The facility has 135 rooms with individual bathrooms and kitchenettes that serve as temporary quarters for families until they find permanent housing. Public areas of the complex include a lobby, self-service breakfast lounge, conference room, game room, vending area, administrative offices, coin-operated laundry facility and restrooms. The structure is brick and block with a standing seam metal roof.
