Marco's Sunset Cove Resort

Construction of the Marco Island Sunset Cove Resort started in October 2003.

The contract was awarded to Korte after an extensive pre-construction effort with the owner and architect was successful at saving cost to attain the project budget. The 7-story, post tension structure with masonry and stucco façade was completed in Fall 2004. The facility features an ornate lobby and entrance with custom fountain. A restaurant/bar ties the entrance lobby to the custom pool, featuring accent lighting and landscaping. The pool and restaurant/bar are adjacent to the boat dock facility on the channel. The 97,000 square foot facility includes two floor plans and consists of 34 three-bedroom, two bath units.
