Naval Academy Prep School Bachelors Enlisted Quarters

This design-build BEQ provides 87 units of residential housing for students at the Naval Station Newport Academy Prep School.

The design calls for a student dormitory style living quarters, with unique features different from the standard military BEQ. Residents are housed by battalion and company, with one battalion per floor and one company per wing, each having its own study facilities, learning/conference rooms, and computer labs. There are also shared spaces which house administrative areas, lounge, mailroom, medical offices and quarterdeck.
