Parsons Place Development is the first new residential development in East St. Louis in several decades.
After successfully completing Phase I in 2002, Korte was again selected as the Construction Manager for Phase II. This new phase adds an additional 27 buildings to the original 58, increasing the community by 102 new residential units. Included are 18 new three-unit buildings; six new four-unit buildings and three buildings containing 8 units each.
