Parson's Place Apartment Community Phase I

The Korte Company was chosen as construction manager for this new residential apartment community in East St. Louis, Illinois.

The first large-scale urban renewal project in decades consists of 58 buildings each featuring one and two story apartment units. The $25 million, 40-acre development encompasses seven city blocks and includes a pool, tot play lots, new roads, sewers and street lighting. The one to three-bedroom units range from 767 square feet to 1,283 square feet. An additional 102 units was added to the original 58 building complex two years later.
