The School Sisters of Notre Dame called on The Korte Company to provide Construction Management services for the major renovation work of Caroline Hall in St. Louis, Missouri.
The renovation involved a complete “gut rehab” of the entire building. 15,000 square feet of dormitory style living quarters was converted into 60 living units for the School Sisters residents. These new apartment-style units include private bedrooms and baths. The ground floor of the four-story structure was renovated to provide administrative offices, conference and meeting rooms and a fabric shop.
