Summerfield Suites Hotel

Summerfield Suites is a 106-unit, all suite hotel spread among seven two-story buildings.

The hotel offers one and two bedroom suites with kitchenettes, vaulted ceilings and fireplaces. The wood frame buildings are situated in a park-like setting, creating a residential atmosphere. A guest house, pool, spa and all-weather sport court are also included. The project was completed on a very tight schedule. The first building was turned over to the owner in six and one-half months, and the entire project was completed in nine months.
