Jost Chemical Building II

Jost Chemical, which manufactures food grade chemicals including preservatives, had outgrown its old facility and needed to expand their operations.

The Korte Company joined the Team during the design phase to develop the budget and building feasibility. Tilt-up concrete construction was chosen to fulfill the industrial park’s specifications and to meet FDA requirements. The interior provides an open space for four process lines and a two-level office area with an expanded quality and research lab.
