Nestle Kingfield Bottling Facility

The Korte Company teamed with Cianbro Corporation on this 204,000 square foot design-build project in Kingfield, Maine.

The bottling facility is tilt-up concrete construction and consists of four bottling lines along with 10,000 square feet of office area. The project was awarded LEED certified Gold. The remote site and development through severe winter conditions posed a challenge due to the 27 acres being surrounded by wetlands. The building was weather tight, painted, along with finish grading and landscaping, all completed one week before the first snow storm.
