This design-build project is the next in the line of several that Korte has completed for Green Valley Development, another satisfied repeat client.

The Class A office building will be LEED certified and has a prime location near The District. The entry features a dramatic two-story atrium main entry with architectural laminated bear grass glass rail system, lyptus wood paneling, stone tile flooring and granite tile accent walls. The exterior is an integral color architectural precast panel, granite tile veneer and clear anodized window system. The attached three level parking garage is designed to accommodate 422 vehicles when completed.
