Greenspun Media Tenant Improvement

Greenspun Media Group, the largest publisher of print and electronic media in Southern Nevada, recently moved into their newly completed headquarters on the top two floors of Corporate Center VI in Henderson, Nevada.

These offices house a wide variety of staff members, from the daily newspaper Las Vegas Sun, to high end monthly periodicals Home and Design and Vegas Golfer to new media Interactive. Greenspun used the Korte Company's completely integrated services including architecture, space planning, interior design and general contracting. Given the creative nature of media staff, the design intention was to provide a contemporary and colorful work environment.

The third floor lobby repeats elements from the main building lobby--backlit translucent acrylic panels on the reception desk and sculptural plaster panels for visual interest. A communicating stair leads to the Main Conference Room, with seating for 60 persons and an outstanding view of the Las Vegas Strip and mountains beyond.
