Highlands Plaza Two Building

The new building will be four stories tall with almost 70,000 square feet of space.

Retail will occupy the first floor with office space on the upper three floors. The building exterior facing Highway 40 will be a curving façade of continuous bands of windows and aluminum panels. The west façade will have a sloping glass curtainwall that is the mirror image of the east wall of the Plaza One building and together flank the main entry into the office park. The balance of the building's exterior will be a combination of glass, brick and exterior insulated stucco. There will be a two level under parking garage attached on the south side with the upper parking deck level with the first floor of the building.
