Highlands Plaza Two - The Korte Company Tenant Finish

The Korte Company's, St. Louis Corporate Headquarter's Office project is an 11,300 SF tenant improvement located on the second floor of the Highlands Plaza Two office building.
The space was designed not only to serve as the St Louis corporate offices for both the design and construction divisions of the company, but to also serve as an example of the design-build delivery system utilizing sustainable methods and concepts.
The project is registered with the USGBC and is seeking a LEED Silver rating. The interior design incorporates the use of numerous recycled content materials, light and occupancy sensor controls on lighting systems, and the use of daylighting design concepts to maximize natural light.
The project also includes a fully integrated data/telecommunication wiring system used for implementation of the company wide technology, including multi-office video conferencing capabilities.
