The Korte Company’s new Las Vegas Division Headquarters showcases the firm’s talents in both design-build construction and tenant finish work.
Korte was the design-build contractor for the 24,600 SF tilt-up office building, as well as for the tenant finish of its new headquarters. Korte occupies half of the total space, with the remaining 12,300 SF available as leasable offices for up to six tenants.
The new 12,300 SF headquarters provides Korte with state-of-the-art capabilities, including for video conferencing and ample space for its rapidly growing western division.
