Molasky Suite 1700 Tenant Finish

This Tenant Improvement is the headquarters of the Molasky Group of Companies located on the 17th floor of the Molasky Corporate Center building now under construction.

The work consisted of underfloor mechanical systems and plug & play modular systems for power and data used throughout the building.

The mechanical and electrical systems were installed under a concrete access floor system, which will assist in system modularity. The space also included extension lighting control systems, which provide energy efficient control utilizing daylight and associated dimming system to further decrease the electrical consumption. A security system with intrusion detection and card readers at the entry doors was also installed.
