Three Square Tenant Improvement

This project consisted of the tenant improvement of the Three Square food bank office/warehouse inside the Donald W. Reynolds building of Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada.

The scope of work included demolition, restrooms expansion, lighting systems upgrade, food service equipment installation, lockers, roof patching, new roof-mounted equipment, warehouse racking and equipment, new HVAC systems, and telephone and fire sprinkler/alarm systems.
Sitework included asphalt paving, concrete curbs and sidewalks, concrete stairs, chain link fencing, landscaping, and irrigation.
