The Urban Village is a 60,000 square foot, three-story Class-A office building for the American Nevada Company and is located in Henderson, Nevada adjacent to Green Valley Ranch Casino.
The building exterior consists of glazed aluminum curtain walls, granite stone tile veneers, EIFS veneers and an extensive use of GFRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete) columns, caps, cornices, dentils and trim. The third floor level has a balcony at each corner. The building interior core on each level consists of stone floor tile, African mahogany wall panels and drywall ceilings accented with wood crown moldings and chandeliers.
