Kloss Broyhill-Lane Furniture Store

The new Kloss Broyhill-Lane Furniture Gallery encompasses two complete furniture store showrooms under one roof and provides its clients with the convenience of shopping two upscale furniture collections in one location.

The design-build project’s exterior is painted concrete tilt-up construction, EIFS, and a wainscot of decorative brick and cultured stone. The building has a fully equipped loading dock area with a pre-manufactured standing seam metal canopy. The interior is accented with suspended “cloud” ceilings set on decorative columns and has extensive custom trim and casework of solid cherry oak. Each gallery also has its own design center that enables the customers to choose fabric styles to customize their furniture selections. This project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
