Walgreens Retail Store - Shadow Mountain

This Walgreens retail store is a 14,000 square foot ground up store built in the new Shadow Mountain Marketplace complex, which includes Best Buy, Costco, Stein Mart, and several smaller retail stores.

Korte’s successful history of delivering retail stores and distribution centers throughout the United States was a significant factor in their selection by The Walgreen Company for another store in the Las Vegas area. The exterior is masonry with wood framed popouts to increase the aesthetics of the building and a stucco exterior finish.
