Walgreens Retail Store - Silverado Ranch Boulevard

Building on successful partnerships in their distribution centers, The Walgreen Company selected The Korte Company to design and build a new 14,500 square foot retail store in south Las Vegas.

The outlet’s load bearing exterior masonry walls with split-faced block wainscot and precast bullnose caps present an attractive and cost-effective storefront. The remaining masonry is veneered with an EIFS acrylic finish coat over portland cement plaster base. The building interior has a 10,900 square foot retail area with pharmacy and film development areas around the perimeter, streamlining customer flow and checkout times.
