Kraft Foods, Inc., a global food manufacturer, is a subsidiary of Phillip Morris Companies Inc. whose headquarters is located in Northfield, Illinois. They have 50 manufacturing facilities and 14 distribution centers in the United States.
The Korte Company was awarded this project under a competitive design-build process. The 387,000 square foot project added a two-story office to the existing distribution center and will house a 30,000 square foot refrigerated area. Kraft will use the new addition for their Capri Sun product.
