Independence Park

At The Korte Company, we’ve been building smart since 1958. We’re experienced Design-Builders, and we’ve completed more than 2,000 projects across the U.S. This is one of the many Design-Build construction projects we’ve delivered.

Astoria Homes, a developer of new residential communities in the Las Vegas Valley, selected us to design and build a number of community parks in its new developments. Independence Park serves residents and provides the community with such amenities as a swimming pool, a playground, climbing area, a pool house with showers and restrooms, basketball courts and picnic areas.
