Silver State Mortgage tenant improvement

We’re proud to deliver this tenant improvement for a repeat client of ours, American Nevada Corporation. It’s one of more than 2,000 construction projects we’ve been a part of since 1958.

We completed the Green Valley Corporate Center South complex, which takes up the entire second floor of one of their central, two-story office building. While this space serves as the headquarters for the mortgage company, the primary purpose was for use as a call center. It incorporated 186 workstations in the open-office floor plan and another 28 hard-walled offices.
