St. Louis Union Station

At The Korte Company, our team has designed and built a variety of facilities, delivering more than 2,000 builds nationwide. And our Design-Build team is experienced in mall construction and design. This St. Louis construction project is a hallmark of the downtown city center and is one of our finest retail builds.

St. Louis Union Station opened in 1985 as a festival mall, a collection of small shops and restaurants on two levels. Over the years, the Station has grown and developed, and The Korte Company has been a continuing part of this development.

We’ve completed several renovations at the station, including the creation of the Pullman Market, which included enclosing a two-story area over a restaurant and the conversion of a food court into new shops and storefronts. Other projects include the new Midway Shops and storefronts and additional tenant space on the lower level.
