Anderson Hospital – Women’s Pavilion addition

Through the years, we’ve delivered a variety of clinics and patient care centers for Anderson Hospital close to our hometown of Highland, Illinois. We’re proud to design and construct the Women’s Pavilion and contribute to Anderson Hospital’s impressive efforts to serve our community.

We designed and constructed this 16,900-square-foot, second-floor addition to the Women’s Pavilion and performed the associated remodel of the first floor. The second-floor addition included 17 post-partum/delivery rooms, a nursery, social servile suite, classroom, waiting room, and staff office suite.

In the first-floor remodel, we renovated 12 postpartum and delivery rooms, added elevators and provided stair access. Each room comes equipped with the latest technology in maternity care. During construction, the first floor OB was fully occupied, and our team worked with the hospital to minimize construction disturbance to the functioning unit. We built directly around patient care. And we were able to do so because our team is specially trained not only in hospital design and construction but also in job-site safety and the unique requirements of healthcare construction.
