Dial Corporation Warehouse/Office addition
The Dial Corporation is a household name and one of the world’s largest and most trusted manufacturers.
Now owned by Fortune 500 company Henkel, The Dial Corporation produces a variety of personal care and household cleaning products, most notably Dial soap, Purex detergents and Renuzit air fresheners.
We’re proud that when The Dial Corporation decided to expand their St. Louis, Missouri, plant by nearly 50%, they chose The Korte Company to construct the two-part, phased addition.
Our project team designed the 107,000-square-foot warehouse addition with 24 loading docks and a 30-foot eave height. The facility features a pre-engineered design with metal panel walls. And the 17,000-square-foot office addition has a brick veneer exterior.
We delivered the project on-budget and two months ahead of schedule, allowing The Dial Corporation to proceed with the construction of a chemical processing plant in the same year.
