Anderson Hospital – Physicians Office Building II vertical expansion

When Anderson Hospital needed us to deliver a vertical expansion of their original structure, we got the job done — on budget and on time.

Through years of working with Anderson Hospital, The Korte Company team had anticipated the need for future growth and developed the original building to accommodate potential expansion. The Anderson Hospital POB2 expansion project adds two new floors of office space for physicians and hospital administrators.

Our team worked diligently with hospital staff to develop suites for several physicians. Working on top of the existing operational hospital was a challenge, but we never shy away from the toughest jobs.

We carefully sequenced the work to allow the building to stay operational throughout the construction process. Stairs, elevators and infrastructure were all planned to extend in height. Detailed planning allowed us to relocate the existing air handler two floors up. And we completed the whole project with limited disturbance to hospital staff and patients.

Careful planning. Precise execution. And Korte-Built results that please the eye, stay within budget and stand the test of time. That’s what we call building smart.
