Armed Forces Reserve Center – McAlester

In this Design-Build, we delivered sustainable housing that meets U.S. Green Building Council LEED Gold certification standards.

We built a new Armed Forces Reserve Center (Training Center), an Unheated Storage Building (UHS), and a Vehicle Maintenance Shop (VMS) that is a combined organizational maintenance and field maintenance shop.

The Training Center is two stories, about 50,637-square-foot and includes the primary Assembly Hall, the Recruiting and Family Support area, a heated storage space, a weapon simulator, classrooms and administrative areas.

The VMS Building is a four-bay, 24,795-square foot building that contains work bays, controlled waste, flammable storage space, a battery and bulk storage area, parts rooms, tool rooms, equipment storage areas, electronics shop, library, offices, showers, lockers, mechanical systems, classroom and breakroom. The UHS building is a pre-engineered metal building.

We’re honored to build housing for our nation’s best and can deliver the highest quality commercial housing facilities, too. Learn more here.
