Office Building One spans 30,000 square feet over two stories with detailed finishes across the common areas. Also two stories, Office Building Two measures 22,000 square feet and features high-end finishes throughout its common areas. We closely followed a biophilic interior design concept, fostering a connection to nature. This project won the Nevada Contractors Association Building Project of the YearUnder $15 Million.47'
