MEPT Gateway/Tristar Distribution Center

This new distribution center for Multi-Employer Property Trust (MEPT) joins several other million-plus square foot facilities in the Gateway Commerce Center. Interior columns are tubular steel with 50 ft. x 50 ft typical bays. Entries are anodized aluminum storefront systems with 1” insulating glass. The building is equipped with an early suppression fast response (ESFR) automatic sprinkler system. The new facility, 513,000 square feet in size, is a multi-tenant building hosting 68 loading docks, along with parking for 175 automobiles, as well as 77 truck trailers.
