Leadership here isn’t limited to a corner office. It’s seen in the way someone solves a problem on site, how they mentor a teammate or how they refuse to stop at “good enough.” Ownership isn’t something you sign for. It’s something you do every day, no matter your title.
I’ve come to believe the best leadership simply sees what needs to be done and does it, for the good of the team. That mindset is what built this company and carries us forward. Ralph believed in that kind of leadership. He created this company not as a namesake but as a foundation for others to build upon.
