The Oblate Missionary Association of the Central Region selected The Korte Company to design and construct its 63,500-square-foot office and printing complex. This facility includes office space, a printing area and a large warehouse used to produce and mail 32 million pieces of literature each year.
The printing facility operates on a 24-hour basis, and due to the computers, printing presses and paper storage, we installed a state-of-the-art energy-management system to ensure temperatures and humidity stay within specified parameters.
