The Korte Company has recently completed Corporate Center VI, a four-story Class A office building for American Nevada Company. The 134,400 square foot building was completely designed and constructed by The Korte Company including the complete interiors. It is located in the prestigious 90-acre Green Valley Corporate Center located at I-215 and Green Valley Parkway in Henderson, Nevada. It is the first “green” building developed by ANC and should receive a LEED silver certification from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). In addition to the many “green” features, the building also includes a dramatic two-story atrium at the main entry as well as an attached parking structure.
